    répondre: I got the large, I'm a women's UK 7 to 7.5 (8 if really swollen) and I get very swollen ankles and this was pretty comfortable. It was snug but that's what you need in a compression sleeve/sock. I think you should be fine with the L.
  • question: There is no size guide so not sure what size to order? I'm a ladies size 5 would that be S or M?

    répondre: I think M would be ok. I would buy one to begin with and check it fits ok. If not buy the S size. What I will say is that they have helped me so much. Hope that helps.

    répondre: Small I'd say, unless you have wide feet like me, then medium would be a better choice.
