Nutritionist's Take

Elements Pre-Rolled Cones are primarily designed for use with smokable herbs, rather than as a food product. As such, they do not contain significant nutritional benefits or drawbacks like traditional food items. They are made from natural materials, which may appeal to those seeking a healthier alternative to processed products. However, as a mode of consumption for herbs, users should be mindful of the potential health risks associated with smoking, including respiratory issues. Additionally, they don’t cater to specific dietary needs, as there are no calories, fats, or sugars involved. It’s essential for consumers to understand that while the quality of the cones may be high, the act of smoking can negatively impact overall health. Thus, while convenient, these cones should be approached with caution regarding long-term health implications.
