The Electric Krumkake Baker Bethany Housewares is an easy-to-use product with a power wattage of 1000 watts. The control to adjust the temperature is not easy to use, as it requires being on the highest point and taking over a minute to bake the krumkake. The cookies were not evenly brown or thin. This item is made in China and cannot be used to make crepes. It works but not evenly; the edges get brown before the center is even done. The green light never comes on. One of the screws holding the upper metal plate is broken, but it is an easy fix. Although the outer shell is plastic, it did not melt or crack. The krumkakes come out a little thicker than the ones made on a gas stove, but everyone liked them.
