- Simply plug into the back of your ST and and your monitor VGA into it and use the switch on top to switch between LOW-MEDIUM and HIGH resolutions out to your monitor. The adaptor takes care of hooking up the right signals to the right places.
- Make sure your monitor can handle the horizontal frequency of 15.75 kHz and you are good to go. There are plenty of modern monitors capable of this, just search 15kHz monitors and see if yours is listed.
- Adjustable resistors are placed before the red, green and blue outputs with default resistance 45-55 ohms.(Range: 0-100 ohms) You could adjust the resistor value if you want. The resistance values of the three resistors are usually the same. (Actually no adjustment required in most cases)
