Featuring high-quality rubber seals, this front end offers durability and a long lifespan. One of the standout features of this front end is its fully adjustable lower fork clamp, allowing it to be mounted onto virtually any mini bike with similar length forks.
If your mini bike has a 5/8 kingpin or axle, simply enlarge the holes with a 5/8 drill bit for easy installation. Designed for direct bolt-on applications, this front end fits Monster/Mega Moto 80cc/105cc, Motovox 80cc/105cc, and all Doodlebugs/Small Bajas originally equipped with a 4hp or smaller engine. Additionally, it can be modified to fit virtually any old school mini bike with similar length forks, making it a versatile choice. Please note that this front end is not compatible with Coleman Mini bikes. Included with this kit are two telescoping forks, an upper fork plate with bolts, a lower fork clamp with pinch bolts, a 12mm axle bolt, a 12mm axle nut, and axle spacers. The dimensions of the front end are as follows: Length (top plate to center of axle) - 19" and Inner fork clearance (distance between the two forks) - 6.875".
