If you're looking for a 19" server rack cable management panel, the StarTech.com CABLMANAGER2 might be what you're looking for. The product is a horizontal or vertical wire and cord manager with D-ring hooks that can be used on metal. If you run cables or cords in a server rack, then you know how important it is to keep them organized and tidy, and that's where the CABLMANAGER2 comes in handy. Most customers found that the product works as advertised. They praised the round lace bars that give extra support to the cables and prevent them from straining the connectors. The lacing bars are great for cable stress relief on wired rack panels. One customer who builds 75-100 av racks a year found these gems to be less expensive than the other brand they used to use, and mentioned that they would update their feedback in a few weeks after their techs use these lacing bars. One customer mentioned that the only difficulty they faced was deciding which way to mount it for best use and appearance. They also mentioned that the way shown in the photos (on StarTech.com's own website even) is exactly the wrong way. One dissatisfied customer chose the product because the description said free returns, but they found out later that the return process is only free if you take it to a UPS store. Since they did not have a UPS store nearby, they would have to pay for a UPS pickup or drop off, and that made the customer 100% dissatisfied. In conclusion, the StarTech.com CABLMANAGER2 seems to be a good cable management panel with D-ring hooks that works as advertised. However, some customers had issues with the return process and some faced difficulties in deciding how to mount the panel.
