AGV Flip-Up Helmets 18296001_001_L Editorial Review
The AGV Streetmodular ECE 22-06 Mono Modular Helmet has garnered a mixed reception among customers, reflecting both satisfaction and concerns related to design and functionality. Many users appreciate the helmet's adjustable fit, comfortable chin strap, and adequate spaciousness for eyewear, signaling initial satisfaction with its usability and performance. Customers note that it meets the expectations set by AGV’s reputation, particularly highlighting the effective opening and closing system and secure retention. However, some negative aspects come to light, particularly regarding the helmet's weight and bulkiness when compared to previous models like the E2205. Users express frustration over the helmet's chin guard, which does not secure tightly, posing a potential risk of loss. Additionally, there are complaints about cold air seeping in during winter use, which is unusual for AGV products according to customer experience. Some customers also experienced sizing issues, feeling that the helmet fit larger than anticipated, leaving them unable to return it comfortably. Despite these drawbacks, many customers feel that the overall quality-price ratio is satisfactory, especially when purchased at a discount. Yet, higher expectations given the AGV brand history might lead some to feel disappointed if they had paid full price. ###
