Fikir ve sanat eserleri bölümünde 5846 sayılı Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu sistematiği kapsamında; eserin tanıtımı, eser sahipliği, eser sahibinin hakları, hakların kapsamı ve sınırları, bağlantılı haklar ve ihlaller halinde başvurulacak yaptırımlar yalın bir dille anlatılmıştır.
