The product's clip is of cheap quality and there are issues with wind noise when using an open-faced helmet. The device is also reported to have a delay in communication, which can make carrying on a conversation difficult. Support from the company is a problem when trying to get an issue resolved. The product is held on by a plastic clamp on the top of the main unit, which can become brittle and break. This leads to an issue where the unit can come off when riding. There is a suggestion to add another layer of protection to the product.
