Answer: There is a Zipper pocket that can be enclosed completely. The remainder of the belt is a continuous tubular pocket that can be accessed through any of the two access points. -

Answer: Technically it can, but once you have your phone and other belongings in there, it might be a tight fit. It depends on what you want to carry in your FlipBelt Adjustable. One 11oz and a 6oz or just two 6oz Arc Water Bottles may fit best. -

It is adjustable and can fit waist sizes from 28" to 48". The belt's cell phone pocket is 9" long and 3.5" wide with a 5" zipper opening. Customers have reported holding 11oz water bottles, two 6 oz bottles, and an iPhone 6 Plus comfortably. However, some difficultly to hold a Galaxy phone with a case. The soft jelly-like adhesive design of the Velcro closure prevents snagging typical leggings.
