Fällkniven Sharpening Stones Editorial Review
The Fallkniven DC4 is a compact and reliable diamond/ceramic sharpening stone that can be easily carried in a pocket or backpack. One side is diamond whetstone with 800 grit, while the other side is a fine ceramic whetstone with a grit equivalent to 800-1000. The diamond side is used for sharpening while the ceramic side is used for finishing the knife. It sharpens the knife like new and has been a best-selling item for Fallkniven. Customer Feedback: Positive feedback shows that the product performs well and is a great go-to field knife sharpener. The sharpener is also easy to carry and gets knives hair-shaving sharp quickly. However, some customers note that the ceramic side needs use to smooth out, and one reported that the sharpener arrived with two small chips. Additionally, one customer felt that the sharpener doesn't produce the same result as a "real" stone, and another customer felt that it made their expensive knives feel cheap after using it.
