It works on capacitance with an operation range of 7% - 35% for green coffee and 8% - 38% for parchment coffee. It comes with a black carrying case yet does not include any other accessories. The device can measure the moisture of coffee beans except those with husks. Its accuracy was criticized as it has a deviation of 1%, and it was noted that it is easy to use for checking both green and roasted coffee beans. One issue raised by a customer is the packaging as the tester came with no buffer and the screws on the lid do not fit well, so it is challenging to close at first.
