The microphone has excellent noise rejection and captures a slightly warm sound. It is a unidirectional microphone that works well for vocals, piano, and violin, but a ribbon microphone may be better for these instruments. The microphone comes with a hard case and shock mount. The -10 db option can be used for operatic vocals. The only problem is sometimes it records a slight electronic hum. The seller charges an additional amount for shipping for US buyers and delivers DHL customs duty invoice of extra $18.73.
